He apologised...Cos he actually has got enough people to work today...That means I wasted my trip...In the end, I went to look for Pearlyn at Rustic Room...Going to Sentosa this Saturday...With Gab, Yoshi, Zho Kiu & friends...Hopefully, Fiona would go...

Mummy's Japanese client's son would be arriving in S'pore today...
He's coming over to study...
He'd be taking an intensive English course for half a year...
We went to pick him up at the airport in the afternoon...
Before he arrived...
Mummy : "You all help to look out for him kie..."
Me & Jes : "Orh..." (Holding on to his photo which looks extremely nerdy and not appealing)
After a while...
Jes : "Oh my! Is it that one wearing khaki?"
Me: "Where got so handsome?" (Still looking)
As he walks nearer...
Me : "Yeah...Jes, I think its him leh..."
Hurries to the gate...

He's name is Noriyasu Yohiaki.
We call him Yoshi.
He's 18 going on 19 this year... We've all got to admit that he's pretty good looking...
But he's a very shy boy...
We brought him to his hostel...
Then to get him a mobile phone...
Then for dinner at a Japanese restaurant at Takashimaya, Chikuyotei...
Monday
Today, Mummy wants me to do her a big favour...
She needs me to bring Yoshi around Singapore...
Teach him how to get to school from his hostel by the train...
Thinking that it'd be very difficult for him to talk to me, bcos he's so shy (esp towards girls)
I pulled Gab along with me...
Else it'll be so weird if i were to go alone...
Early in the morning, we went over to Yoshi's hostel at Chinatown...
Taught him how to get to Chinatown MRT station...
Had Mcdonalds for breakfast...(He loves Mcdonalds)
We took the train over to Clementi...
He had to sit for a test to see his standard of English...
Gab and I waited for him ...
The receptionist at the school was talking to us...
Receptionist : "He very handsome hor...Very cute leh..."
Me: "Hahaha..But very shy..."
(Actually, he can understand when we speak to him in English, but he finds it difficult to express himself bcos' he's not very confidant in speaking)So after the test...
They decided to post him to the Somerset branch... (which is nearer to his hostel)
So we brought him back to Chinatown station and taught him how to get to Somerset...Later in the noon, we introduced Zho Kiu to Yoshi...Then we walked around together before settling down for lunch at Cafe Cartel...It was already 3pm by then...The rest of the day was spent walking around...Helping him get familiarise to S'pore...Evening, we had a game of pool...Nite, we brought him back to his hostel...He thanked us and told us he enjoyed his day...I ensured he knows the way to school and gave him a lil' map in case he loses his way...He's still unfamiliar to the country, and its very nice of him to actually think that he shouldn't waste his money anyhow becos his mum has to pay for all his expenses...We brought him to the supermarket at Isetan Shaw, cos he can find lots of Japanese stuffs there...But he bought nothing...

I've been working, working and working for the past few days...Am so dead tired...Tryin' to get used to the long hours of serving each and every single customer that walks in...Pushing sales... And finding things to do, so that time passes faster...Its been a long time since i last work there...And buisness is bad as compared to the past...Not forgetting to pamper myself...I bought myself so many things over the week... (Maybe not a lot to some of you, but its already a lot to me)I got myself a pair of earrings & a tee from Forever21.Also, an Abercrombie tee from the Branded Sale. And also a skirt from ZARA.But I think i sort of overspent...(Oh-Bee lor... Who ask you to buy,buy and buy...)Still wanted to get a couple or more tops from ZARA...But i think i shan't spend anymore for this week...Or maybe this month...
The day went well...I went to the supermarket today...Got the ingredients to make a Cheesecake...I made an Oreo Cheesecake Pie...Gab came over in the noon...He bought new fishes for the fish tank...And helped me change the tank's water...We had dinner with Mummy & Jes in the evening...The day didn't end well though...He's so sad...I feel so sorrie for him...* S i g h *Sometimes i just dislike the way "you" talk...Don't ever try judging or critising someone or something you don't even know ...Don't assume his/her future if yours isn't any better...And here i am trying to make a Cheesecake for the very first time, I don't need you to discourage me and ask me not to make a Cheesecake next time with that disgusted look on your face even before eatin' it... And your reason for doing so? Nothing... Simply becos' you only know how to yak and yak bout' people without looking at your ownself...Oh please...I didn't make that specially for you...I didn't know you were coming back...
I hate this...The block beside ma' house is now rented to somebody who rents it to anybody...That includes a majority of Thai & Bangladesh workers and some Malaysians...Now, Mummy wants me to be home early...MondayHeaded to town with Gaby in the afternoon...After much hesitation, I went back to Forever 21 wanting to get that top i've been eyeing on...But guess what, its gone... No more stock... *Ugh* But its only a weekend ago when it just arrived...In the end, I got myself a pair of earrings... With tiny rhinestones... Gab being such a sweetheart... Brought me ban mian & the latest issue of CLEO after his work, bcos' i was telling him earlier on in the morning that i was cravin' for ban mian and CLEO's May issue is out... He knows that im too lazy to get out of ma' house to get em'...

I met Gaby for lunch at Yishun...Had a bowl of laksa *Sinful*
While i was enjoying my food, ma' mobile rang... I answered...
Caller : "Hi, I'm calling form NYP... its bout' the School Beau & Belle Beauty Pageant"
Me : "Ermm...What???"
(I thought they wanted to kick me out of school bcos' of ma' grades...I'm SERIOUS)
Caller : "We've received your pictures for the pageant and we hope you'll come for the audition."
Me : "Huh! But I didn't send any pictures...And how did you get my number?" *Confused*
Caller : "Oh...You are Esther right? Your friend nominated you for this..."
Me : "Yah...My friend?"
Caller : "Asilah nominated you... Come for the audition kie...."
Me : "No lah...Sorrie... I dun want ..."

I went shopping with Fiona, Gnet, Ivy & LeeLee down town...
Had lots of fun...
Fiona bought a lot of stuffs as usual *Laughs*
I got myself a beaded necklace and a Vampire Red nail polish...
I went to look for Leonard at Hayari, he said he'd need me to work... *Yay*

Today, I went back to work at Hayari...
I was pretty scared at first...
Bcos' I'll be working with a new girl...

Yah...I may used to work there... But you just mentioned last time...
But fortunately, it all turned out alrite...
The new girl is quite a nice girl...
Her name is Koren (read as Koh-reen)
She's only 16 going on 17 this year, although she looks like 19...
Quite tall, slim & sweet-looking...
And she's not straight...

Pearlyn came over to look for me in the afternoon...

Evening, met Gab and had dinner at Bishan...

Saturday Noon, I met Gab after he played soccer... He was so wet.... Covered in sweat and rain...
Got back to his place for a rest and a shower...Then we headed to Bishan J8...
When we were walking down the long stretch of road which leads us to the bus stop, we bumped into Rufus' mum and Ross (his younger bro)... I didn't know how to react at first, so i just smiled...Then i waved when she smiled back...
Alrite, back to the story,
I promised him that i'll watch The Eye 10 with him the week before...
If you are wondering how come I suddenly decide to watch it with him... When i mention in ma' previous entry that i dun wanna watch that show... Its b'cos he has been waiting for me to agree for the whole week even though he can choose to watch it with his buddies... Yeah... So i decided that i should watch it... Tell ya...It was so freaking scary, for me...
Nite, we got home late...a lil' too late for dinner...
We've promised Mummy that we'll be home for dinner... *Gulity*
But we got home late b'cos we caught The Eye 10... I told Gab to get the tics for the 5 plus show,
but he got the 7 plus tics b'cos that was the next show after the 3pm slot...
That was my day...
